If arriving on the day of embarkation, it is strongly recommended that you allow enough time to be at the port at least 1.5 hours before the scheduled sail time.

Disembarkation typically begins around 7:00 AM. Guests are usually asked to vacate their staterooms by 8:00–8:30 AM, with final disembarkation taking place between 9:00–9:30 AM.
You will leave your large luggage and suitcases with our staff at the port. They will be loaded onto the ship and delivered to your cabin by your room steward. If any items are not delivered by the evening, please contact Guest Services.

Yes! The Escape with Effy team will provide you with a booking number for use with the cruise line approximately 4-6 weeks after your booking is confirmed. That number will allow you to complete your online check-in, as well as book other options, such as restaurant reservations, spa appointments, internet packages and more.
In addition, you will be able to book these activities through the Celebrity Cruises Mobile App that can be downloaded directly to your smartphone.

Dressing up is OPTIONAL. We want everyone to have a great time in what they are most comfortable in, and dressing in theme clothing is completely entirely up to you. We will also have accessories on hand for each night so you can participate even if you don’t wish to dress up.

The price does not include pre and post cruise accommodations, airfare, ground transportation, onboard purchases (i.e. spa services, specialty restaurants, carbonated and bottled beverages, alcoholic beverages, gift shop, etc.), gambling, excursions, or travel protection.
Yes, you can earn points for sailing on the Escape with Effy Charter Cruise. As this is a charter cruise you cannot redeem any earned perks through your cruise line membership. If you have questions regarding a specific perk or amenity, you are welcome to contact Celebrity Cruises directly. If you speak with the cruise line, please make sure they understand that you are trying to redeem perks on this full-ship charter.

For the comfort and enjoyment of our guests, our ships are designated as non-smoking. This includes a prohibition on the use of hookah or other types of water pies.
Smoking is not permitted inside any stateroom or on any stateroom balcony. This applies to all stateroom categories onboard. If a guest is in violation of this “No Smoking” policy, a cleaning fee will be applied to their onboard account. Smoking is also not permitted in any dining venue, theater, bar, lounge, hallway, elevator or jogging track, or most indoor areas. Further, smoking is not allowed in certain outdoor areas, including restricted areas, food venues, and kids play areas and pools.
However, we recognize that some of our guests do smoke. Therefore, to provide an onboard environment that also satisfies smokers, we have designated certain areas of the ship as smoking areas. To assist smoking guests to locate areas where smoking is permitted, we have posted signage onboard clearly identifying all smoking areas and ashtrays provided for smoking use. Guest may also inquire at Guest Services regarding the location of the designated smoking areas onboard.
In casinos on itineraries where smoking is allowed, there will be visible signage designating the area for both smoking and non-smoking guests.
Cigar and pipe tobacco is limited to designated outdoor areas and cigar bars (if the ship has one). Electronic cigarettes or e-cigarettes are only permitted within the designated smoking areas.
Cigarettes, cigars and pipe tobacco must be properly disposed of and never thrown overboard.
Guests must be at least 18 years of age to purchase, possess or use tobacco onboard.

To avoid any additional fees and receive a full refund of any processing fees Escape with Effy Charters require 90 days' notice of cancellation. No refunds are available for cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the voyage sail date. If the client fails to notify Escape with Effy Charters and does not attend the voyage, the client will be charged the full voyage fare.
